The time period associated with the reroute is specified in one of three ways. The reroute can apply to flights that: depart specified airports or centers during a certain time window (timeType=ETD); depart specified airports or centers to arrive at their destinations during a certain time window (timeType=ETA); or arrive at the boundary of a flow constrained area during a certain time window (timeType=FCA Flight List).
